In regards to staying up late at th...Awesome post!<br /><br />In regards to staying up late at the computer, try a program called Flux (http://stereopsis.com/flux/). <br /><br />The glow of your screen is what tricks your body into thinking it's still daytime. Flux actually softens the colour of your screen as the sun goes down and it becomes nighttime!
